Registration & Payment

• Full payment or an approved payment plan is required to reserve your seat.
• Registration is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
• Seating is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Early Bird pricing is available only during the advertised promotional period and cannot be applied after it expires.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital resources, proprietary training materials, limited class seating, and preparation involved, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans
• Scheduling conflicts
• Illness
• Travel issues
• Work obligations
• Failure to attend (No-Show)
• Failure to access Zoom
• Personal emergencies

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class:

• You must notify Pure Serenity Homes LLC in writing as soon as possible.
• Your registration may be transferred to a future masterclass one time only, subject to availability and approval.
• Transfer requests must be received at least 7 days before the scheduled class.
• Additional administrative or price difference fees may apply if transferring to another class date.

Failure to notify us before the class begins will result in forfeiture of your registration.

Zoom Masterclass Information

Participants registered for the Live Zoom Masterclass will receive:

• A confirmation email after registration.
• The official Zoom access link and final class instructions 2 days before the scheduled class date.
• If you have not received your Zoom link within 48 hours of the class, please contact us immediately.

Each Zoom link is unique to the registered participant and may not be shared. Unauthorized sharing may result in removal from the class without refund.

In-Person Class Information

Participants registered for the In-Person Intensive will receive:

• The exact venue address
• Parking instructions
• Arrival time
• Check-in procedures
• Class preparation information

These details will be emailed 3 days before the scheduled class date.

Late Arrival

• Please arrive at least 15–30 minutes early for check-in.
• Late arrivals may miss important course material.
• Entry after training has significantly begun is at the instructor's discretion.

Course Materials

Training materials, manuals, templates, worksheets, presentations, recordings, and all educational content are the intellectual property of Pure Serenity Homes LLC.

Participants may not:

• Copy
• Record
• Photograph
• Distribute
• Sell
• Share
• Reproduce

any course materials without written permission.

Class Changes

Pure Serenity Homes LLC reserves the right to:

• Reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Modify class locations or delivery methods when required.

If Pure Serenity Homes LLC cancels a class, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future class or receive a full refund of the registration fee paid.

Agreement

By registering for any Pure Serenity Homes LLC Masterclass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Booking, Cancellation, and No Refund Policy.
